In the 1990s, the Diyarbakir region is under a state of emergency. Although they are legal, the distribution of certain newspapers is prohibited. Bawer and Hebûn who are part of the distribution group, secretly collect these newspapers from the outskirts of the city at a previously agreed location. They are tracked by a group who wants to stop the distribution.
